We build production-ready AI systems for businesses in Cologne, Bonn, and the Rhineland. RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflow automation — from strategy to finished system.
Book an AppointmentCrowd Wisdom is rooted in the region and works directly with founders and managing directors in the Cologne/Bonn area. Our founder Gabriel Michels brings 18 years of software engineering experience — most recently as Director of Engineering with a team of 30+ developers.
We're not strategy consultants delivering PowerPoint decks. We're engineers who build working AI systems and integrate them into your operations.
Your employees spend 20–30 minutes daily searching for the right file. We build AI-powered knowledge systems that answer natural language questions across your entire document base — with source citations.
From HR onboarding (700+ hours/year saved) to document processing — we automate the processes that slow your team down the most.
Custom AI agents integrated into your existing tools — Salesforce, DATEV, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack, and more.
A second opinion before you put a team on an AI architecture: architecture and code review, build-versus-buy calls, technical due diligence. By the day.

We're active in the Cologne AI and startup scene — STARTPLATZ, IHK Köln, KI.NRW, Legal Tech Lab Cologne, and InsurLab Germany.
Tell us about your business and your challenges. We'll honestly tell you whether and how AI can help.
